We invite you to embark on a remarkable journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the San Juan Mountains in Southwest Colorado.

Teaming up with San Juan Mountain Guides, Speedgoat Trail Running Co. presents a four-day "run vacation" nestled in the heart of the San Juans. Our basecamp is the Red Mountain Alpine Lodge, situated on Red Mountain Pass along the famed Million Dollar Highway.

During our retreat, participants will experience daily trail runs ranging from three to six hours, tailored to individual abilities. Led by local guide "Speedgoat," our intimate groups of five will traverse exquisite singletrack routes around Silverton and Ouray, with routes including sections of the iconic Hardrock course and possibly even a 14er adventure.

At the Red Mountain Alpine Lodge, perched at 11,000 feet elevation, participants will enjoy comfortable accommodations, delicious chef prepared meals (vegan options available), evening campfires, and captivating tales of Hardrock lore and local history, shared by none other than the legendary Speedgoat himself. With an onsite tavern and sumptuous cuisine, evenings will be as relaxing as the days are adventurous.

This all-inclusive retreat promises an escape from the hustle and bustle, with no cell service to distract from the stunning surroundings—only a connection to nature and the camaraderie of fellow trail runners. Starlink access will be available for those who require connectivity.
